areta’s team is versatile, dynamic and complementary, offering a variety of scientific backgrounds and a broad range of skills, which contribute to the performance of the company. This variety enables to choose, for each project, the working group which is most suitable for managing the specific customer needs, taking advantage of the synergies arising from different expertises and experiences.

areta therefore manages new projects from a flexible perspective and with a strong drive towards efficient teamwork, in which people share common and ambitious goals, that not only satisfy the market but also make a contribution to the company know-how.

The company invests about 30% of its resources in research, relying on a team of 20 scientists (90% hold a Master Degree in Science and 50% a Ph.D.), young and motivated people, of whom 70% are women. areta pursues a company policy which pays great attention to family values.
