Maria Luisa Nolli is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of areta international. She is a Pavia Ghislieri's College alumnus and holds a degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Pavia in 1977 and a Ph.D from the Université Libre de Bruxelles.
Dr. Nolli has developed more than 20 years’ industrial experience as scientist and group leader in the field of Cell Biology and Immunology working at the Lepetit Research Center, part of multinational group of Dow Pharma (Merrell Dow, Marion Merrell Dow and Hoechst Marion Roussel).
She is currently contract professor at biotechnology faculty of the Universities of Milano and Bari. She is also member of the Management Commitee of Assobiotec, the Italian biotechnology industry association, for which she is the representant at EuropaBio and member of the European Federation of Biotechnology. She is author and coauthor of more than 30 papers and 11 patents.
