HO.p.e.

HO.p.e. is a spin off of a group of pharmacologists of the University of Milano and the R&D Division of areta. The company has been founded in 2007 and its mission is to develop diagnostic kit for detection of human growth hormone and related molecules in biological fluids of athletes areta brings to the company the expertises of  monoclonal antibodies generation, production and ELISA tests set up. The pharmacologists instead are expert in studies on the control of the hypophysis hormone secretion with particular attention to the HGH (human growth hormone).
areta is proprietary of the 50% of HO.p.e. shares.

HO.p.e. is located at the Insubrias Biopark (Gerenzano ,VA) within the Research Division of areta.
The new kit will enable the integrated analysis of most parameters functionally related to human growth hormone. The test will allow the determination of 3 parameters at the same time and so that ELISA assay, simple, reliable will permit a competitive and economic evaluation of doping field.
The main advantage will be the availability of a new test reliable, simple to execute, competitive in the market, economic and fast for the doping control.
