Training is performed on constant basis for areta’s people. This is shared also with external persons: stage during university, Ph.D and specific training for professionals. A tutor follows the trainee for all the period evaluating the efficacy.

The training is designed on the personal knowledge of the trainee and is made up by theory and practical sections. areta's expertise and activities extend from research and development to production, from test for R&D to analytical development of QC tests for batch release, allow an overall vision from research to clinical trial or focus on a single aspect.
